Are Ergonomic Office Chairs Worth the Extra Money or Just Fancy Hype?
I used to think spending extra on ergonomic office chairs is dumb, like why pay ₹10k when ₹2k chair works, right? Wrong. Cheap chairs make you pay later with your back. Ergonomic ones adjust to you, not the other way around. Arms, lumbar, seat height, tilt — all the small things add up. I still don’t use all features correctly (idk what half the knobs do lol), but comfort is way better. If you work long hours, this is one of those rare buys that actually feels like a smart adulting choice.
