Killing Before Dawn (TV version) is based on the hit Fantasy movie of the same name starring George Clooney and Quentin Luigi Tarantino (Luigi Tarantino himself was the TV version's producer), The story follows career criminal Seth Gecko and his brother Richard Gecko, who, after committing numerous crimes, decide to wash their hands. To evade the police, the brothers decided to spend the rest of their lives in Mexico and kidnapped Jacob Fuller and his two children near the border.

After breaking through the blockade, they contacted the local underworld boss, arranged everything for them, and agreed to meet in a bar.
