The type of air cyclone separator has different classifications from different angles.

(1) According to the structure type, it can be divided into

①Water storage type: a certain amount of water is installed inside, and the high-speed dust-containing gas impacts to form water droplets, water films and bubbles, and washes the dust-containing gas, such as impulse dust collectors, water bath dust collectors, horizontal cyclone water film dust collectors .

②Pressurized water spray type: supply pressurized water to the dust collector, and use spray or spray to generate water droplets to wash the dust-containing gas; such as venturi dust collectors, foam dust collectors, packed towers, turbulent towers, etc. .

③Forced rotating spray type: Forced rotating spray with mechanical force, or rotating blades, so that water droplets, water films and bubbles are formed in the water supply, and the dust-laden gas is washed. Such as rotary spray dust collectors.

(2) According to the size of energy consumption, it can be divided into

①Low energy consumption type: The resistance is below 4000Pa, and the dust removal efficiency can reach 90%. This type of dust collector includes spray type, water bath type, impulse type, foam type, and cyclone water film type dust collector.

②High energy consumption type: The resistance is above 4000Pa, and the efficiency for fine dust is high. This type mainly refers to the Venturi dust collector.

(3) According to the gas-liquid contact method, it can be divided into ① integral contact type: the dust-laden airflow rushes into the liquid and is washed, such as self-excited type, cyclone water film type, foam type and other dust collectors; ② dispersed contact type: to the dust collector When sprayed in the dust airflow, dust particles collide with water droplets and liquid films and are captured, such as venturi tubes, spray towers, etc.
