As a blogger, I was excited to attend the Gindulgence festival in Auckland. But when I got to the airport in Auckland, instead of being excited, I was disappointed to see that my wallet was gone. I immediately went to the Air Asia Auckland Office to report the issue and ask for help. The office staff provided me with assistance during this difficult period and was very helpful and understanding in helping me file a complaint. Their swift action and professionalism gave me optimism that my wallet would be found despite the setback.
