A full yoga kit will be given to you during the opening welcoming ceremony. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced yoga are all covered in Diksha Yoga's special 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in Goa, which is appropriate for students of all skill levels. You will receive a certificate upon finishing the course, allowing you to register with Yoga Alliance to teach yoga anywhere in the globe.
