Luis Suarez can be one of the best players in the world when he is just playing football, but he can also be the most controversial player in the world. He is full of skill, quality and goals, and at the same time he is full of suspensions.In recent weeks Luis has said that he wants to leave Liverpool (). At first he wanted to leave because he felt he was hated by the English media, but he loved Liverpool as a club and the fans. However, since Arsenal have put in a bid for his services he has said he is flattered by their interest and wishes to speak to them about a potential move. Arsenal initially submitted a bid of 30m which was rejected by the Reds immediately ().There was no way that Liverpool were going to accept a mere 30m when they sold Torres to Chelsea 30 months ago for 50m, NFL Las Vegas Raiders Jersey and Liverpool have said a club would have to at least match that figure to get their hands on their number 7. I personally think that if Suarez were to leave this summer he is in better form now than Torres was when he left Anfield for Stamford Bridge, but that doesnt nece sarily mean that he should be worth more than the Chelsea number 9.Torres best days were behind him before he left Liverpool, I think that the start of his bad form for his standards was at the World Cup three years ago. In his first few months at Chelsea, he only scored once in 18 appearances which is poor for any striker let alone one that is meant to be world cla s. However, Suarez has had a succe sful time in England if you only count his goals to game ratio. He has scored 51 goals in 96 appearances at Liverpool so that is better than one goal in two games, 23 of those goals came in the league last season. There was no doubt that Liverpool were a better side with him in the starting eleven but when he was banned at the end of the season due to biting Ivanovic, the Reds thrashed Newcastle 6-0 at St James Park. I think that Liverpool would have struggled to even finish in the Marquel Lee Jersey top half without their key Uruguayan because as well as all of his goals he created 90 chances in the league last season.All of that quality and those goals come at a price for any potential buyer because he does get quite a lot of suspensions. He has had two major incidents while he has been at Anfield. Suarez has also lied to the club because he will now be prepared to move to another club in England. Also the reason why the media is always on his back is mostly his own fault.Liverpool were prepared to forgive him but I dont think the fans are. From the fans point of view he has had too many chances, is some ways he is like a cat with nine lives. I am not a Liverpool fan, but as a fan of West Brom there is a slight similarity in the way that Odemwingie wanted to leave and he still wants to leave no matter what club. I do have sympathy for the supporters because they deserve respect for getting behind Suarez when he has been criticised. I also see why Suarez might want to leave but I would also be happy that I havent already been transferred elsewhere. The only way I think this move will happen is if Suarez hands in a transfer request before the season starts.I think that his time is up at Anfield and it would suit all parties if they were to part ways, because I think the fans will be on his back if he plays in a Liverpool shirt again. It would help them bring in more young players to rebuild a team that will eventually challenge for the league, but it could take a number of years.There are two clubs that are reportedly interested in Suarez and that is Real Madrid and Arsenal.Real Madrid looked as if that was where he was going to move to when this transfer saga first started. However, as this story and Bales story has progre sed it looks as if they will only buy Suarez if for some reason they fail to get Bale this summer. I dont think that Madrid would particularly want the striker because they have already got strength in that position and Ronaldo could be used as a number 9 if nece sary. The story in the papers for this transfer has faded away in the past week because of the large interest shown from Wenger.This summer the board at Arsenal have said time and time again that they have money to spend on top players so they can challenge for the title, so far nothing has happened but with Suarez looking more and more likely to Peyton Barber Jersey move to the Emirates that could all be about to change. The Gunners have also had a 40 million and a pound bid rejected. This bid activated a clause in Luis contract that forces Liverpool to inform the striker that the London club are interested, and allow Suarez to speak to the club that has bid for him. As discu sed in one of my previous posts, Arsenal need a top quality striker and Suarez fits the bill. The big question is are Arsenal prepared to pay the 50m bill to secure his services.This is one of the factors in the move, and the other big factor is does Suarez want top level football instantly or does he want to reject a move and earn it by being the star for the Reds in a project?
