ASHTANGA & VINYASA FLOW
The eight limbs of Ashtanga yoga, not just the asana practice, are the foundation of our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program. The Yamas, Niyamas, Pranayama, Pratyahara, meditation methods, and mindfulness are all heavily emphasized. In addition to other subjects pertaining to the practice of leading a balanced life, this extensive curriculum covers yoga philosophy based on Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, yogic lifestyle and ethics, yogic diet, anatomy and physiology for yoga teachers and practitioners, and more. We approach yoga in an unconventional and transparent manner.
